This screen captures the MTO information including:

Direct Cost Screen

This screen reports the direct costs according to the user defined codes.   Labour costs are generated from the manhours and the user defined crew/gang rate.   Material costs are calculated from the material cost datafile which is maintained by the estimator from quotations received from suppliers.

Indirect Cost Screen (PipeSite Only)

This screen reports the indirect costs as prepared by the estimator.   The Estimator is able to maintain a reference database of internal and external indirect costs for a comprehensive range of categories such as:

• Site Supervision
• Plant & Equipment
• Site offices
• Site Services
• Indirect Labour

 

Estimate Summary

The estimate summary is reported by:

• Direct Costs
• Indirect Costs (PipeSite only)
• Miscellaneous Costs

This screen also provides facilities for allocation of Overheads, Adjustments and Profits for each summary cost or on an overall estimate basis.

 

 

Statistics

This screen reports a range of statistics about the estimate.   This is very valuable for benchmarking of estimates.
